Worldwide eyes.

Standard Chartered: “Through Different Eyes” - 60s

Financial services mainstay Standard Chartered play with perspective in this glossy 60 commercial. The film eschews a human's-eye view on things (hardly the most infallible outlook) to see the world through a variety of different species instead - from horses galloping through dusty desert wastes to whales bobbing in and out of the ocean's vast expanse.

Director Jaron Albertin balances the action nicely here, giving each scene room to breathe before another environment sweeps across the screen. Ruelle's 'Where We Come Alive' provides a soothing soundtrack throughout, lending the eco-minded film an appropriately epic feel as the brand pledge worldwide investment for planet-friendly initiatives.
