Heinz Seriously Good Mayonnaise: “Mayo Lovers” - 30s

Mayonnaise connoisseurs take centre stage in this amusing ad for Heinz's Seriously Good variant. Only the finest will do for these condiment enthusiasts, as they spice up sandwiches, show off silky squeezing skills, and taste test to ensure they achieve the best spread for their gobs.

Director Josh Cohen does a good job of merging humour and thoughtful production design here, as shifting camera angles give each visually distinct vignette a dynamic quality. Whether zooming in on a playground plate or getting up close and personal while a bloke takes an ecstatic bite, there's a persuasive energy to each shot.
