A family affair.

by Jason Stone

Chelsea FC: “Family Portrait” - 84s

This 'family portrait' of Chelsea FC is a rather lovely look at some of the players as they mess about behind the scenes. It opens with Rhys and Lauren James, who are quite literally family... the brother and sister both play for Chelsea, and features a number of the male and female players, not to mention Thomas Tuchel and Emma Hayes, the respective managers of the teams, in playful mood.

It's been quite the year with both the men's and the women's teams reaching Champions' League finals... albeit with very different outcomes.

Director Ben Jones appears to have put everyone at ease, and there's a lovely relaxed vibe throughout. It seems all the more remarkable that the club has had such difficult week after one member of the 'family' - Romelu Lukaku - upset the apple-cart by talking to Sky in Italy about how unhappy he is at the club. Still, all families have spats, eh?
