Poo rescue.

by Jason Stone

Beelivery: “Unhappy Nappy” - 30s

In a scenario that many parents will recognise, a father sniffs his baby's bottom to discover the youngster needs changing, but his wife then ascertains that the cupboard is bare… they have run out of nappies. The sheer unbridled horror of the situation is made plain through their deliberately exaggerated reaction.

Thankfully, in the era of perpetual availability, they are able to use the advertised service to arrange for nappies to be delivered in the nick of time. Director Brad Lubin has managed to squeeze every drop of comedy from a fairly thin proposition – an idea like this is always dependent on committed performances, and he managed to draw them from his two actors.
