AFC Ajax: “Three Little Birds” - 1 min 33s

Pre-season friendlies are often forgotten as the final whistle blows. However, Ajax's game against Cardiff City in 2008 gave the former a newfound appreciation of 'Three Little Birds' by Bob Marley and the Wailers. Over a decade later, the Dutch champions introduce a kit tinged with Rastafari red, green, and yellow.

John Ogunmuyiwa's launch film is equally eye-catching, with verdant set design and a diverse cast amplifying the song’s relaxed vibe. Accusations of cultural appropriation are perhaps inevitable, but the club's well-documented relationship with the track and Marley's own love of the sport provides a solid defence.
