Curate Films have completed the signing of Italian director Vincenzo Lodigiani to their growing animation roster. Madeleine Sanderson and Dan Dickensonís global talent search brought them to Lodigianiís New York studio where they found a rising talent.
Lodigiani cites everyday life, internet culture, and 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' animator Richard Williams as influences. His resulting style incorporates sharp lines and precise colour palettes in a way that instantly engages viewers.
Flitting between personal and commercial projects keeps Lodigiani on top of his game, with the Italian working on TVCs, music videos, GIFs, video games, short films, and more. The ability to work on-site or remotely can't hurt either.
Back at HQ, Curate are eager to grow their new manís "collection of elegant work" further. Judging by Lodigianiís output to date, his Curate debut will be hard to miss.
