Sport England: “Join the Movement” - 60s

Fatboy Slim provides the soundtrack to this nimble piece of work by Sport England, who, like most sports organisations, want to keep heart rates up during lockdown. As directors Nicole Chen and Sarah Lefkowith's compilation shows, this can be achieved in a variety of ways… all that’s required is space, enthusiasm, and a little ingenuity.

As ‘The Rockefeller Skank’ sets the tone, we see housebound athletes use water bottles, frying pans, and even babies in their ad hoc workouts. Even if it feels like we’ve toured every UK citizen’s house at this point, the clips are both fun and inventive… albeit forced to compete with some overbearing on-screen graphics.
