Guinness: “St Patrick's Day” - 25s

Reaching the bar on a busy night is taxing enough, but St Patrick's Day is another matter entirely. To mark the occasion, Guinness promise to remove pub crowds from the equation with their latest competition prize: free reign in an Irish boozer.

Rather than depict the process from start to finish, however, debut director Megan Maczko flips the winners' lock-in, well, in reverse. The result is an eye-catching medley of rewound dart throws, jacket tosses, and poured pints.

While it may not possess the level of gravitas we've seen from recent Guinness work, it's an upbeat diversion ahead of the brand's favourite holiday. Furthermore, diverse casting suggests the brand wish to convert even more punters into stout drinkers ahead of March 17th.
