Moo better boost.

Experian: “Stampede” - 60s

Actor-cum-professional wrestler John Cena is the muscle-for-hire in this 60” Experian ad, though the real stars are a herd of computer-generated cattle. Together, they form the world’s most unlikely rescue party.

When a man’s truck breaks down in the middle of the desert, he’s met not by Triple A or a wandering mechanic - instead, it’s a moving chorus of “Experian Booooost!” Well, you take all the help you can get.

This dust bowl fever dream is, in fact, a means to promote the brand’s new credit score widget. As a result, the protagonist can afford a brand spanking new pick-up… and cowpoke Cena can ride off into the sunset.

The result is a fun mock-epic from director Gary Freedman, complemented by some beefy visual effects. One question remains, however: does John Cena know how to blink, or was that head tilt deliberate?
