Bwin: “Club Almighty” - 40s

BWIN spit in the face of planning permission with this 40" commercial, which conjures up an arena that puts North Korea's 1989 Rungrado 1st May Stadium to shame. As Mozart's 'Requiem in D minor' sets the tone, the camera weaves through a garish, multi-storey football ground that has more tiers than a showstopper on the The Great British Bake Off.

But what is the reason behind this architectural hubris? Perhaps this is the brand's way of saying that despite the recent 'whistle-to-whistle' television advertising ban, they are still one of the sector's biggest players. And they only had to raze an entire city block to do it.
