A&E: An opinion of difference.

by Jason Stone

A&E: “Brave Storytellers” - 90s

A&E provide a rebuke for those who want to accentuate difference in these troubled times by urging us instead to identify the things that bring us together. The imagery captured by Oscar Cariss provides a perfect illustration of this proposition as his vignettes are a veritable smorgasbord of diversity.

The whole thing is rather weighed down by IN-Q's delivery of his own poem - it's unnecessarily bombastic and leaves the viewer punch-drunk from his well-intentioned invective.

But this aspect can't take away from the joyous depiction of modern America in all its variety.
