Colourfully-named director and designer Pandayoghurt has joined Not To Scale for commercial representation.
Pandayoghurt (aka Douglas Bowden) is drawn to projects which demand technical expertise as well as artistic flair. This makes him a shrewd choice for brands that wish to stand out from the crowd or revamp their image.
For instance, Australian television network Foxtel asked Bowden to create a suite of animations based on the brand's new logo. As you can see, six dots and a splash of colour is all Bowden requires to produce slick, sophisticated visuals.
Bowden's expertise also caught the eye of the D&AD Awards, who commissioned him to make their 2014 show's opening film. Through a blend of CG paper craft and D&AD's signature pencil, Bowden delivers a worthy prelude to the charity's annual showpiece.
Such intricate arrangements are present throughout Bowden's showreel, with more and more clients reaping the benefits each year. For another example of Bowden's craft, check out his 2017 ad for exercise app Strava which pays tribute to every sweat-drenched user.
