Neels Castillon joins RSA and Black Dog Films.

by Andrew MacGregor

French director-slash-photographer Neels Castillon has joined RSA Films and Black Dog Films for global representation.

Castillon arrives shortly after the release of his well-received promo for musician Hania Rani. Filmed in sub-zero temperatures on the Icelandic coast, you can see why RSA’s Kai Hsiung described it as “a breath of fresh air during lockdown”.

The promo earned Castillon a Vimeo Staff Pick for his efforts, as well as the attention of RSA headquarters. “We were all very impressed with ‘F Major’”, Hsiung explains. “It was beautifully executed and we’re delighted that Neels chose to sign with RSA”.

The move also sees Castillon’s Paris-based studio Motion Palace become a creative partner, with RSA collaborating on French productions. Whatever the circumstances, Hsiung looks forward to sharing Castillon’s “progression, care, and attention to detail” with clients.

You can see more of Neels Castillon's work here. To discuss availability, ring RSA Films on 020 7437 7426 or Black Dog Films on 020 7434 0787.
